It took a little longer than expected to finish the second in the “Robin & Strike” series but what a wonderful piece of work! 

I had no clue as to who the murderer was and can honestly say that of all the people on my list, heading in towards the final chapters, this person was not included. Utterly brilliant. If you loved the first, then you will love the second!! 

I finished the book one afternoon and I was still thinking about it hours later. I am excited to continue reading this series and see how the modern day Sherlock and Watson partnership continues to develop.
